Appointments are available virtually and in person. They are about 75 minutes long. 


In the first meeting, we will discover your specific issues and make a plan to tackle one thing at a time. Real progress happens when you make time to implement the new tools for a happier life. 


After each session, you will receive a summary and action steps to work on. 


Two ways to invest:

1. Pay $250 per session.

2. Purchase 4 sessions for $900, save $100.

Most insurances in Canada reimburse some or all fees.

Appointments for ADHD therapy and intimacy coaching are available both virtually and in person, with each session lasting about 75 minutes.
