In the first meeting, we will discover your specific issues and make a plan to tackle one thing at a time. Real progress happens when you make time to implement the new tools for a happier life. 

After each session, you will receive a summary and action steps to work on. 

Pay as you go, or purchase 4 sessions and save $100.
