When I discovered I had ADHD, I was relieved to have an explanation for my life. It took me 12 years to find real help. It helped me make sense of who I am with my incredible brain.

Learning to think positively, to form good habits, to find systems that work for me and management skills for ADHD issues transformed my life.

In my practice, I noticed that many people with ADHD also had sexuality issues similar to those I had had. Many couples could not have a discussion without it turning into an argument, they often felt sexually unsatisfied.
When they could get over their resentment and resolve past hurts, they could start to renew their relationship. They could reconnect on a different level, especially sexually. In fact, increasing their sexual awareness created deeper connections and they had more fulfilling and happy lives, individually and as a couple.

I saw people who were unsure about their sexuality, their gender identity and often clients had a lot of guilt and/or shame around their sexual desires. I am well equipped to help people repair and renew their relationship, through non-judgmental, solution focused and strength-based methods. You deserve a peaceful, happy, fun and pleasurable life.
Just as ADHD often brings on, an ALL or NOTHING attitude, it can impact people’s sex lives in the same way. Either leaving us with a high sex drive or a low one.

I am a Licensed Erotic Blueprint Coach and a Certified ADHD Coach who has ADHD, and with years of experience.

My goal is to hear you, acknowledge you, help you heal your hurts and teach you specific management skills for your unique brain, and to help you understand how to enjoy your sexuality. My strength-based programs will help learn new management skills and you take control of your life.

After each session, you will receive a summary and the next steps to follow.

When you select a package, you will be expected to check-in for a brief phone call 3 or 4 days after your sessions, to discuss how you are doing and to answer any questions. Some packages include crisis calls, which help you when you are really struggling, unable to achieve your tasks/homework or having difficulty managing your emotions. These crisis calls may be brief or take up to 30 min.

My availability for sessions is from 1pm to 7pm Monday to Thursday. Mornings may be available upon request. I am available for check-ins at the same times unless a different time is mentioned in a package.

I have been asked why counsellors ask for payment upfront. This allows me to prepare what we need ahead of time and to serve you better. It eliminates any money stressors and assures a serious commitment from you to making the changes. How much is it costing you right now, not to get help? Budgeting issues are often a problem for many people nowadays. We can deal with that too. Just let me know. For your convenience, I now have monthly programs.

The first appointment is a 90 minutes Passion Possibility Intake, by phone or Zoom. We get to know each other. I ask a lot of questions to understand your specific problems as clearly as possible. We then decide if we want to work together. If so, we will develop an outline for your specific issues. Rest assured that you are not alone anymore. I am here to help. I have limited space and only take serious couples.

This investment is $200.00


Packages are filled with specifics about what we decide to work on according to your needs and desires. You are expected to check-in with me by phone for approximately 10 minutes, 3 or 4 days following each session to discuss how you are doing.

Programs are simply a guideline. We will create your program with your specific needs in mind.

Gold Program – Relationship Repair & Renew Kit.

It includes your full ADHD management skills program, the Erotic Blueprint Program and important communication skills that every couple needs to feel connected  and satisfied in the relationship.
