Pain of all kinds blocks pleasure. - This is for adults with or without Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder/other on the spectrum Here is what you receive when you invest in Relationship Repair & Renew Kit; - a written agreement of exactly what your specific program consists of - confidential and safe sessions of about 75 minutes with me. We will meet weekly the first month, then bi-weekly. We will schedule consistent meeting times, however, if you require coaching through a problem happening between sessions, and it takes more than 45 minutes, we will use that time as a session. - accountability according to our agreement. - one crisis session per month on any topic. This could be in a relationship, at work, with family or others, feeling depressed or deflated … - handouts and resources as needed after sessions - accountability for doing the daily work to change habits, improve your health and wellness, and to create your best sex life ever (Your commitment to spend at least 30 minutes a day, sometimes an hour on this work is required.) - have an option to include an app with eight videos, workbook and ten more courses to help improve your erotic life. - receipts for your insurance to pay part of the program upon demand - specific teachings for your issues - games, health quizzes, questionnaires and more.
